At the same time, the time bookings are recorded with the access rights where it makes the most sense: in the personnel master. The information remains where it belongs, and the handling remains simple and straightforward.

Technical Background

Janitor fully integrates into your existing SAP environment. Whether it is the classic ECC or S/4HANA – no middleware components or additional servers are required. Your familiar software environment and operation remain intact. Janitor communicates via the specially developed interface ACS-PDC with your recording hardware, allowing all processes at the terminals to be viewed and evaluated directly in SAP. Conversely, changes in the employee master data immediately affect the terminals – redundant data storage is practically eliminated.
