This is exactly where JaniAlarm comes in. The module enhances your access management with a central alarm and event overview. Instead of searching long lists, you see immediately what is happening – clearly displayed in the browser and on an underlying building floor plan.

In the event of a disaster, JaniAlarm creates a digital evacuation list at the push of a button. With this, you can quickly and reliably determine whether all persons have left the building.

Lost in the flood of information?

As an IT manager or security officer, you bear great responsibility for the protection of the company and its employees. Modern access solutions like Janitor or JaniAccess ensure that permissions are clearly regulated and can be seamlessly integrated into SAP or other HR software. The software provides data.

The evacuation list in detail

In the event of a disaster, such as a fire, JaniAlarm can generate an evacuation list for each defined zone:

• At the push of a button (PDF/Printer/Email)
• Automatically triggered e.g. via a fire alarm system

This way, you will know within a very short time which individuals may still be in danger.

The reconciliation at the assembly point is then possible as follows:

• On the electronic evacuation list, individuals are marked as safe using a tablet computer
• Employees check in as "present" at a terminal in a safe zone
