With JaniCard companies and authorities that manage their personnel data through an HR system like SAP HCM can easily and quickly create and print employee ID cards from this system. 

The advantage of such an integrated solution: All information is stored centrally. This helps to avoid errors, reduces administrative effort, and helps to save valuable resources. 

You can even create business cards and entry tickets in this way.

Integration into the SAP user interface

Since JaniCard is integrated into the graphical user interface of SAP (SAP GUI), employees practically require no training time. All data required for the ID cards (number, version, any blocking indicators) is stored in SAP standard infotypes and can be flexibly adjusted.

Anyone hosting employees from external companies or wishing to issue cards for events can create their own tables for this purpose and, if necessary, also specify an 'expiry date'.

Free hand in design with CardDesigner

In addition to employee ID cards, JaniCard also business cards. With the so-called CardDesigner, you can design the cards entirely according to your ideas or in your corporate design.

Create different layouts, for example, to represent individual business areas or people in senior positions differently or to adapt tickets to the respective event. The appropriate layout is then automatically controlled via an SAP characteristic.
