JaniAlarm

Safety in focus
when every second counts

Direct. Clear. Effective.

Lost in the flood of information?

As an IT manager or security officer, you bear a great deal of responsibility for protecting your company and its employees. Modern access solutions such as Janitor or JaniAccess ensure that permissions are clearly defined and can be seamlessly integrated into SAP or other HR software. The software provides data.

But in critical situations, every second counts. Tedious searches for information can cost valuable time – time that is not available in an emergency.

Drakos JaniAlarm

JaniAlarm makes events visible!

This is exactly where JaniAlarm comes in. The module supplements your access management with a central alarm and event overview. Instead of spending time browsing through lists, you can immediately see what is happening – clearly displayed in your browser and on a stored building floor plan.

In the event of a disaster, JaniAlarm creates a digital evacuation list at the touch of a button. This allows you to quickly and reliably determine whether everyone has left the building.

The evacuation list in detail

In the event of a disaster, such as a fire, JaniAlarm can issue an evacuation list for each defined zone:

  • At the touch of a button (PDF/printer/email)
  • Automatically triggered, e.g. via a fire alarm system

This lets you know immediately which persons are potentially still in harm’s way.

Review at the assembly point is then possible as follows:

  • Those who are present can be marked off as safe, for example using a tablet computer
  • Employees register as “present” on a terminal in a safe zone
